The Advanced Diploma in Renal Nursing programme provides theoretical and clinical training experiences for registered nurses who are qualified to manage renal failure patients following the National Nursing Standards to produce competent and safe practitioners. This is a one-year programme (two semesters) requiring a total of 46 units for graduation.
The programme consists of core courses (40 units) and university courses (6 units). The Advanced Diploma in Renal Nursing programme was developed by considering the requirement of the Malaysian Nursing Board to have sufficient component of clinical practice.
